Kim Wells, florida insurance claims Attorney
Born and raised in Kalkaska, Michigan, Mr. Wells attended Michigan State University. He earned a B.S. Degree in Business/Marketing, along with minors in Advertising and Management, graduating in 1983 from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Stetson University College of Law saw Mr. Wells earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986.
A member of the Florida Bar for over 25 years, Mr. Wells has represented both insurers and insureds throughout his successful career. He now represents insureds in disputes involving sinkholes, fire loss, hurricane, and coverage disputes against their own insurance companies, among other cases. He has extensive litigation experience successfully handling sinkhole cases against major insurers. Devoting his energies toward helping people in Florida win their cases, Mr. Wells is community oriented and a published writer.
